Howard was killed in a fire at his home.

Investigators say that although it's not known what he did to save Mouton from the flames, they believe he was at the scene of the incident. After complications with dementia, Hal Ketchum (famous country singer) died Tuesday, February 5, 2019 after complications. The 67 years old was diagnosed with COVID-19 back in April. He then retired from the music world in 2019. The singer released eleven studio albums and had half a dozen Top 10 hits. He was a member of the Grand Ole Opry and played several times at the Franklin Theatre before his death. His final live performance took place at Greune Hall in New Braunfels Texas.
